When visiting the media center you CAN: Check out books Do research for a class project Work on homework or study for tests Read for pleasure Use the computers for research or to practice skills on approved activity sites Make up a test or quiz with permission from a teacher.  You can NOT: Hang out to socialize with friends Access personal email accounts, chat rooms, myspace.com or similar “community” sites Use the computer to view and print pictures and text that are not for a school project Talk in loud voices.  Please be considerate of fellow students who need to concentrate on their work.
